Wellbeing

  • You are entitled to an annual $300 medical allowance that covers both medical and dental claims. medical and dental claim. Allowance for new hires will be prorated to your start date.

  • You are entitled to an additional seven (7) days of sick leave upon submission of positive COVID-19 test result.

  • If there is a SkillsFuture course you are interested in taking that is beneficial to your role, you are entitled to claim up to $500 for all or a portion of the course fee.

Service

  • You are entitled to an additional five (5) days of annual leave that can only be used for community service.

    Please use this form to submit documentation from your society/association/NPO with volunteer dates to HR as proof of service before and after your volunteer work.

    Community development is a core part of our mission and we commit to giving time and resource to employees to volunteer for social causes that they care for.

  • We commit to matching employee donations to approved causes up to $150 per calendar year. You may apply for approval at this form.

Team

  • Say thank you to a colleague that has gone out of their way to help you with a small cash reward and company-wide announcement.

    Submissions can be done up to five (5) times a month through this form. For compliance and governance, each submission will require manager approval, a summary of contribution and cannot be used directly up/down your reporting line.

  • The employee with the most peer bonuses at the end of a six-month cycle will receive the Jody’s People Award (additional reward of $200)!

  • Once every six months the company will celebrate a project that is cross-functional, collaborative, multi-departmental and demonstrates clear numbers-based impact to the company with Jody’s Gold Award (additional $200 reward to each contributing member).

Transparency

  • You have the right to raise any issue/concern/feedback/suggestion to your direct manager. If an agreement cannot be reached, you have the option to request that the matter be raised one level up for discussion, following which decision will be final.

    To avoid operational bottlenecks, this rule will be initially enforced on a trust basis. Feedback will be collected quarterly to see if is adjustment is needed.

  • Company-wide surveys on job fulfillment, management, company direction, leadership, etc. will be held quarterly.

    Management will share the results and respond to feedback in an open Q&A session during the monthly all-hands meeting.

  • [On Hold] Due to the overlap with group office hours due to the current org structure, we will implement this fully once all open positions are filled.

    Regular 1:1 meetings will be held with your manager’s manager to ensure a safe space for feedback.
